1. Order Processing Time Every Sixteen Carats piece is carefully inspected, hand-polished, and securely packaged in our luxury boxing before dispatch.
Orders are processed and handed over to our international courier partners within 1 to 3 business days of the order being placed.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or Indian public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Estimates We proudly offer worldwide shipping, with a primary focus on the global metropolitan regions.
Standard International Delivery: Once dispatched from our headquarters in India, delivery typically takes between 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination country's local customs processing times.
While we strive to meet these timelines, occasional delays caused by extreme weather or global logistical disruptions are out of our immediate control.
3. Shipping Rates & Zero-Fee Customs Guarantee: To provide a seamless, high-end shopping experience, Sixteen Carats handles all international customs clearances for you.
Shipping Rates: Any applicable shipping costs are calculated dynamically and displayed clearly at checkout based on your destination and our current promotional offers.
Zero Hidden Fees (Delivered Duty Paid): All international shipments are sent on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Sixteen Carats fully absorbs and covers all import taxes, local customs duties, and clearing fees. The total price you pay at checkout is absolutely final.
4. Order Tracking: As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a link to trace your delivery in real-time. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier's system.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages: We utilize highly secure, tracked courier services. If your tracking link shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If the package cannot be located within 48 hours of the "delivered" timestamp, please contact us immediately so we can launch an official investigation with the courier.
